Our small group hikes are a great way to make friends, work on social skills and get outside! Occupational Therapist, Amity Stevens, integrates OT into a full day of hiking. The group will explore various trails around Georgia once or twice a month and weekly during the summer. We climb mountains, find waterfalls and spend a day getting our bodies regulated!! ADHD, OCD, ADD, sensory processing disorder, dyslexia, apraxia, anxiety, motor delays, social skills and communication needs, Autism, and other neurodiverse populations are welcome.
